Postpartum

SAY GOODBYE TO POSTPARTUM STRUGGLES

Women typically attend 10-15 prenatal visits during pregnancy, but have only ONE postpartum check up. 6 weeks after birth we usually get the "all clear"....but our bodies are not ready to safely return to all activity.

You deserve better.

In addition to our standard postpartum visits in the office, Fit For You offers immediate postpartum care to help you navigate those first few crazy weeks.

In office visits and virtual visits available for newly postpartum moms looking for help before that 6 week postpartum visit!

  • Learn how to navigate movement and care for baby while recovering

  • Learn breastfeeding positions and baby wearing techniques to prevent neck, shoulder and back pain.

  • Address any pain/concerns you are having

  • SAFELY return to the activities/exercises you love

  • Learn perineal and c-section scar care to prevent long-term issue.

  • Get help for any pain or bladder and bowel issues

  • ...and so much more!
